A24 - New Line Cinema Horror Perfected
CatBusRuss was a bit slow to jump on the “elevated horror” bandwagon. Thankfully, “Ninety For Chill” needs podcast guests to work at its best. This podcast has resulted in our host expanding his horror horizons.
The films tend to have longer runtimes, but that is because A24 appears to give their autuers absolute creative freedom. And, this seems to allow this distributor to thrive, at least artistically. As of September 2025, none of their films have made more than 100 million dollars, but they have earned two Best Picture Oscars. Neuro-spicy horror will keep the lights on.
